PersonalizedSongs helps you create original gift songs. You may not use the service to harm others or impersonate artists.

You may not

• Request songs that imitate a specific recording artist, celebrity voice, or trademarked work.
• Generate hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or illegal content.
• Scrape, resell, or automate abuse of free previews.
• Misrepresent AI-generated audio as a human studio production without disclosure when sharing publicly.

Content

Songs are produced by AI models via our music provider (KIE). We may refuse or cancel generation that violates this policy.
