Overview
PersonalizedSongs sells a one-time unlock for your full custom song. Because AI generation has real cost, refunds are limited.
Eligible refunds
We may issue a refund if:
- Payment succeeded but we could not deliver any full song versions within 7 days.
- A technical error on our side prevented you from downloading unlocked versions.

Not eligible
- You changed your mind after receiving full versions.
- The preview did not match your taste (use the free 30-second preview before paying).
- Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
